| Responsibilities: |
Solicit via telephone wholesale loan business from mortgage brokers and bankers in an assigned territory.
|
| Requirements: |
- Maintain frequent contact with
active broker base and regularly solicit new brokers for
approval
- Pre-qualify loan files to meet
MLSG guidelines and coordinate receipt of necessary file
documentation with internal loan processing staff.
- Act as liaison between broker
and internal processing staff and sustain a high level of
customer service.
- Utilize all available
marketing materials to assist in marketing MLSG programs.
- Maintain awareness of all
competitor products and make recommendations to management
as necessary.
- Provide broker training of MLSG guidelines and occasionally conduct informational meetings/presentations to client base in assigned territory.
- Other duties as may be assigned by management.

| Qualifications: |
To

- Education - High School
Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Experience - None required,
but experience in the mortgage industry a plus
- Language Skills - Excellent interpersonal skills, business relationship skills, and communication skills
- Basic mathematical and calculator skills
- Reasoning ability required
