Real Estate Taxes
Loans WITH impound / escrow accounts for taxes
It is the policy of MLSG to pay the taxes prior to any discount date expiration, or the tax due date. Whenever applicable, MLSG will take advantage of a discount period for payment of taxes.
Loans WITHOUT impound / escrow accounts for taxes
If your loan does not have impounds calculated into the monthly payments, please make your tax payment directly to the taxing authority prior to the stated delinquency date.
Supplemental Tax Bills
Any supplemental tax bill is not included with your impound / escrow account. Please make your supplemental tax payment directly to the taxing authority. |
