Edward A. Goormastic - President and CEO
Ed has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Recruited for a southwestern bank by Korn/Ferry International, he served as President of Unified Consumer Lending Services (UCLS), Inc. from 1987 to 1990. He previously held executive positions at the Beneficial Corporation over a period of 18 years, leaving as Senior Vice President of the Corporation, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco.

Paul N. Russo - Executive Vice President - Risk Management
Paul was Senior Vice President of UCLS from 1987 to 1990. Prior to joining UCLS, he was the Group Marketing Director for Beneficial Corporation and held various executive or operational positions with them for more than 20 years. He attended college at Cal Poly in Pomona, California, and oversees our Underwriting Division.

Roberta Lucas - Sr. Vice President - Operations
Roberta is part of our "founding" management team. She is our Operations Manager, having joined us from years of experience at Unified Mortgage Company and UCLS where she operated in various underwriting, funding and quality control positions. She attended Duff's College in Pennsylvania.

Michelle Jambon - Sr. Vice President - Administration & Finance
Michelle has over 20 years experience in administration. Prior to joining MLSG in January of 1992, she spent 5 years as Personnel and Office Manager for TFB/BBDO, an international advertising agency. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University, and honed her management skills in administrative positions at the Beneficial Corporation over a period of 9 years
